Imagine and brainstorm what makes a day memorable.

Money Mindset Steps
1.
Close or rest your eyes and take 3 deep breaths. Each breathshould be for at least 5 seconds in and out.
2.
Now imagine a perfect day: what do you do when you wake up? What happens next? And after that? What do you eat? What do you do at night? How do you feel when you go to sleep?
3.
Ask a few volunteers to share what they imagined during their perfect days. (Use the coaching questions to facilitate more discussion.)
Coaching Questions:

What activities did people talk the most about? Did the activities involve being alone or were they with friends and/or family members?

How many of those activities involved spending? How many were free?

Which were the most memorable? Why were they the most memorable?
Helpful Hints:

Present Step Two by reading the questions slowly and pausing to allow images and ideas to come to people’s minds.
