Brainstorming is about quantity, not quality, so write down asmany ideas as you can and we’ll share them once the timer is up.
Individually, write down as many ideas as you can in 2 minutes for this question: what are all the ways you might treat yourself that costs money?
Everyone count the number of ideas you wrote and share thatnumber with the group. Ask for volunteers to share some of their ideas. If space allows, have everyone put their sticky notes up onthe wall or write the ideas on a whiteboard.
Individually write down as many ideas you can in 2 minutes for,“What are all the ways you might treat yourself that are free?” Askthe group to write down their answers individually, count them up,and share with the group.
Use the coaching questions to facilitate more discussion.

What’s 1 new way of treating yourself that you think you might try or enjoy?
As a facilitator, remind the group that there’s nothing wrong with treating yourself. Self-care can come in many forms and it’s important to find ways of investing in yourself that you feel good about, whether that costs money or not.
