Money Mindset Steps

1.

Think of one of your biggest savings goals. One that is themost important to you, or the most treasured goal you have.

2.

Think to yourself, who have you talked about it with? How did they react? Why did you choose to share your savings goal with them? If you haven’t shared, what keeps you from sharing?

3.

Write the names of the people that you feel the most comfortable talking about money with. What do they do or say that helps you feel comfortable with them?

  • Have you ever been made fun of for not spending money? Or for spending too much money? Where were you when that happened? How did it feel

  • How have people in the past encouraged you to reach your goals? How can the people in the room here today help you?
